Our Story
Deep in his Test Lab lair, mad Nige Beerstein aka “the Doc”, aka “old Hops-along”, aka “that beer guy” concocts experimental brews to run exhaustive taste tests on his lab rats. He might look like a normal guy (see picture below) but believe us, he’s got a story to tell and his pen is made of malt, and his paper is made of yeast, and his… dammit, I ran out of metaphor.
But seriouskly folks, Jackie & I are trying something new - releasing experimental craft beers along with an episodic cartoon story that unfolds one can at a time…
Nelson is a great place to set the yarn. It is after all where we get much of our amazing ingredients.
